1. Project Timeline: The execution period is 45 calendar days, commencing from the date the advance payment is received. 2. Final Billing: The final invoice shall be calculated based on actual on-site measurements recorded upon completion of the works. 3. Warranty: A limited warranty of one (1) year is provided specifically for plumbing, tiling, and waterproofing works from the date of completion. 4. Price Escalation: The quoted prices are subject to immediate revision in the event of any increase in the cost of raw materials, fuel, or applicable government taxes. 5. Site Utilities: The customer is responsible for providing continuous access to electricity and water at no cost to the contractor for the duration of the execution. 6. Scope of Work: The quoted amount applies strictly to the works explicitly mentioned in the proposal. Any additional requests or modifications will be treated as a separate material contract and charged accordingly. 7. Payment Terms: All financial transactions are to be settled in cash. Any payments made via online transfer or bank transaction will attract an additional 18% GST charge.
